Abstract submission

Poster abstracts will be accepted until 17th of May.

You will receive a password for the abstract submission site in the confirmation email after you register.

Abstract guidelines

Check list:

• Submitting author information
• Preferred presentation form (short talk and poster, or poster only)
• Abstract:
  • Title
  • Authors and affiliations
    • Please underline presenting author. Easiest way to format the author list and affiliations is by copying the text directly from Word into the submission form.
  • Synopsis (Short summary of your findings, max 300 characters)
  • Keywords (preselected)
  • Abstract body (300 words)

Poster Guidelines

• Posters should be in portrait/ vertical in orientation.
• The maximum size is 90*119cm, which corresponds to A0.

  • Materials and Methods
  • Results
  • Conclusions
  • References
  • Acknowledgments
  • Contact Information
